This project was one of my favorites! Located in a very prestigious neighborhood in Flint, this truly was a diamond in the rough. No structural changes here, just cosmetic and it turned out great. We used a SW devine white on the interior walls and Acoustic white on the trim. We put in a custom front door, all new vinyl flooring, lime wash fireplace, new lighting fixtures, painted cabinets, new hardware, quartz countertops, and much much more. Sold this property in less than 30 days during a time when we saw the market shifting and kids going back to school. Not the best of time to sale a property, but quality and high standards will eventually find a buyer! |
